Repeated violations may result in account suspension or cancellation without refund. We reserve the right to monitor usage and terminate access at our discretion.
5. Responsible AI Usage
We promote responsible AI practices. You must:
- Ensure modifications respect cultural sensitivities and avoid bias.
- Not use the Service for automated decision-making that could harm individuals (e.g., surveillance or profiling).
- Report any unintended harmful outputs to us.
- Acknowledge that AI outputs may not be perfect and verify them for accuracy.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Service. You retain ownership of your input images, but grant us a limited license to process them. Outputs are yours to use, but we disclaim liability for any misuse.
We process uploaded images only to provide the Service and do not retain copies longer than processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access for violations. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any privacy or data protection claims arising from your misuse of the Service or failure to obtain consents for uploaded content.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may vary or differ from expected results due to the inherent nature of generative/enhancement models. We are not responsible or liable for any such variations, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from reliance on or use of AI-generated/enhanced images.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
